An agreement between Ergo2Work BV and you is concluded when you place or submit your order via telephone, email or internet.
Ergo2Work offers the possibility of a trial placement. You can order the products by e-mail or via the website and clearly indicate that it is a trial placement.
If you want to use a trial placement, place the products from our webshop in your shopping cart and follow the standard ordering process. Please indicate in the comments that this is a trial placement. You can use the product in question on a trial basis for 28 days. If you do not want to keep the products, you can return them to us within 28 days, provided they are undamaged and in the original packaging, well packaged (not only in the product packaging but in an extra box). The invoice will then be credited. The costs of returning the products are at your expense. Return shipments must be accompanied by a returns form. Damaged, incomplete products or returns without the original box or unpaid shipments will not be accepted. Sitting/standing workstations, table tops, Lounge2Work, chairs, mats and software are excluded from trial placement. internet.
We do not charge shipping costs for your online orders for an order amount of €175.00 or more. Please note: industrial mats are an exception to this. The transport costs for industrial mats are calculated per order. In some cases, additional shipping costs may apply for very large quantity shipments.
If you place your order by telephone or e-mail, we will charge shipping costs of €10 (excl. VAT).
We always inform you in advance about the transport costs. These costs are stated separately on the order confirmation and invoice. If you collect your order, we will not charge shipping costs, even if they are stated on the order confirmation. For orders outside your country, the usual shipping costs for that country apply.

Once an order has been shipped and invoiced, it is not possible for us to change or cancel an order. If the order needs to be canceled, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can see if we can still stop the shipment.

You transfer the amount manually to the bank account of Ergo2Work BV. As soon as payment has been received, we will send the items to you.

With Klarna 'Pay later' you pay for your order afterwards as soon as you receive it. Paying afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. The payment details for your purchase can be found on the invoice you receive from Klarna.
✓ Mister Cash
Belgian customers who bank with the banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via Mister Cash/Bancontact. It consists of 2 phases. After you have placed the order, we will send the ordered items with the relevant invoice. You pay by bank transfer within 14 days, stating the invoice number. For orders over €1000, we ask you to pay half in advance. As soon as we have received payment, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. You must pay the remaining amount within 14 days of the invoice date.
On our website you can choose whether the prices are shown including or excluding VAT with a button at the top right of the website. Prices are shown in euros and do not include shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Please note: the prices stated are subject to change until you receive confirmation of your order.
In the event that a product is no longer available or there is force majeure, Ergo2Work BV reserves the right to cancel the order. Any payments will then be refunded. EU companies outside the Netherlands are exempt from VAT if they provide their EU VAT number. Companies and residents of non-EU countries are also exempt from VAT.
It is possible for us to have some products reimbursed by the pension insurance. Please proceed as follows:

At Ergo2Work BV we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly. However, the delivery time depends on the availability of the product you ordered. If the product is in stock we aim to deliver it within 1 to 3 working days as we have most products in stock. For products that are not in stock, delivery time may vary from 3 to 20 working days.
Although our website gives an indication of the delivery time when you order one copy of an item, this delivery time is not binding. If delivery unexpectedly takes longer than expected, we will keep you informed. Of course you have the right to cancel your order if you think the delivery time is taking too long. However, it is important to note that Ergo2Work BV cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages resulting from delivery delays. If you have any questions about the delivery time, please feel free to contact us.
The delivery of your order is provided by GLS parcel service. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with information about the delivery of the package. This way you can take precautions in time to receive the shipment. You also have the option to choose from various delivery options online, such as choosing a new delivery date with a pre-announced time window of three hours, or forwarding the package to a GLS ParcelShop. More information about this can be found on the GLS website.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox with GLS contact details. You can then make a new appointment within 2 weeks to have your order delivered on a day of your choice. Please note that it is not possible to indicate a specific time for delivery. If you do not contact GLS parcel service, the package will be returned to Ergo2Work. If the order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will be charged.
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving the product. You can do this by contacting Ergo2Work BV within 14 working days of receipt. You can call us on 0031-243296116, email info@ergo2work.ie, or complete the cancellation form. Please clearly state the order number. We will then give you further instructions on how to return the goods.
You can only exercise the right to cancel the order if the goods are returned complete, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If this is not complied with, this right will lapse. The costs and risk of return shipment are at your expense. The amount paid, including shipping costs, will be credited within 14 days after termination of the agreement.
As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will refund the amount in the way it was originally transferred to us.
As soon as the return package has arrived with us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will process the return and notify you of its handling. It may take several days to several weeks before you receive a message, as we sometimes need more time to test the product.

Ergo2Work BV is responsible for any damage to the products during transport. After the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, this responsibility passes to the customer.
It is therefore important to always check the package for any major damage that may have occurred during transport before accepting the package. If there is any damage, we recommend refusing the shipment. If you inform us about this, we will quickly arrange a reshipment. From our experience we know that the chance of damage to the goods is very small (less than 1 in 1000 shipments). If you have any problems, we always advise you to contact us directly.
You receive a comprehensive warranty on the products you buy from us. The duration of this warranty depends on how long the products normally last, but is at least one year. If a product is defective that is not your fault, we will repair or replace it for you. If necessary, we will collect the defective product with GLS (only within the EU). If that is not possible, we will reimburse the return costs up to a maximum of € 6.95 (only for private individuals).
If defects occur within 30 days of delivery of the product that are clearly attributable to the product itself, we will immediately send you a new product. After these 30 days, the product must first be returned for repair before we will send a replacement product. In addition to our warranty, manufacturers also provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty. You can always contact us for support for products you have purchased from us, except for the Hippus Handshoe mice and Microsoft products. For support with these products, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly.
At Ergo2work BV we strive to deliver your order as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. If something is not to your liking, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service is available on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do our best to handle and resolve complaints quickly. You will usually receive an answer within a few hours, but no later than within 5 working days. If you feel that we have not resolved your complaint satisfactorily, you can contact the dispute committee of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation.
